Port Dues

  • (A) Vessels over 150 gross tonnage
    1. ① Basic rate (10 tons/12 hours): 358 KRW for ocean-going vessels, 120 KRW for coastal vessels
    2. ② Overuse rate (10 tons/1 hour): 29.9 KRW for ocean-going vessels, 10 KRW for coastal vessels
  • (B) Other vessels
    1. ① General cargo ships, oil tankers and other vessels less than 150 gross tonnage (less than 50 gross tonnage, for a maximum of 1 call per month): 3,691 KRW
    2. ② Vessels operating within harbor limits (dredgers and barges included. Less than 50 gross tonnage, under 1 vessel per month): 6,781 KRW
    3. ③ Coastal liners (less than 50 gross tonnage, under 1 vessel per month): 3,913 KRW
    4. ④ Deleted<2008.12.31.>
  • Vessels that pay (B) rate do not pay (A) rate.
  • For other vessels, those that exceed the standard tonnage shall be charged with an increment of 50% of the basic rate for every 50 additional tonnage.
Anchorage fee Anchorage and berthage of water facilities
  • (A) Vessels over 150 gross tonnage
    1. ① Basic rate (10 tons/12 hours) - Ocean-going vessels: 187 KRW, Coastal vessels : 61 KRW
    2. ② Overuse rate (10 tons/1 hour) - Ocean-going vessels: 15.7 KRW, Coastal vessels : 5.2 KRW
  • Of vessels subject to berthing fee, those that pay the use fee of other vessels are exempted.
Quayage fee Quayage designated by the Administrator of the Regional Office of Oceans and Fisheries
  • (A) Vessels over 150 gross tonnage (10 tons/12 hours)
    1. ① Ocean-going vessels: 28.5 KRW
    2. ② Coastal vessels : 9.2 KRW
  • Of vessels subject to berthing fee, those that pay the use fee of other vessels are exempted.

Building and land use fee Port buildings, port land
  • (A) Article 29 of the Enforcement Decree of the State Property Act applied
Fee for use of special storage including silo and refrigerated container
  • (A) Free usage of non-administrative agencies as a state facility under non-administrative port authority: In accordance with Article 19 of the Enforcement Decree of the Harbor Act, five hundredth of the total project cost will be used as the annual fee for the use of the facilities. In this case, the land occupation fee will be applied separately in accordance with Article 29 of the Enforcement Decree of the State Property Act.
  • (B) Paid use of facility after the end of the free period: Article 29 of the Enforcement Decree of the State Property Act is applied.
Apron use fee Cargo handling facilities
  • (A) When exclusive use of apron is needed due to structure and function of the pier, (1) the rate for “paved and ocean-going cargo” of storage and yard fee is applied.
Occupancy Public Waters Occupancy or use fees
  • (A) Occupation rate in accordance with Article 13 of the Public Waters Management and Reclamation Act
    1. ① Fee for when a non-management agency installs port facilities such as dolphin that are not a state property using water zones at the port with the execution permission of UPA under Article 9-2 of the Harbor Act.
