Stakeholders
UPA, in considering the impact and importance on the operation of UPA, has created stakeholder groups such as staff, labor union, port council, government, local government, National Assembly, port-related public organizations, partner companies and groups, customers of Ulsan Port, and the media. We have established communication channels based on the characteristic of each stakeholder group and are actively listening to their opinions in making decisions for sustainable management.
Communication with Stakeholders
Ulsan Port Authority(UPA) accepts various stakeholders' opinions for the advancement of ESG management. UPA divides stakeholders into value creation, value consumption, value delivery, and value share to carry out public participation management with an operation of effective communication channels and communication strategies for each group.
